Yoga is back!
This taster course will include a progressive introduction to Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (energetic breathing), Dhyana (meditation). Some yogic philosophy will also be included through discussion and those with interest and commitment may wish to join the full program the following term. This is a partnership with Inner Journeys School of Yoga and forms part of Satyananda tradition of Yoga. Wear comfortable clothing

$120 for 10 weeks or $90 concession
